Although there are no costs in setting up a social media business profiles we know that learning, implementing and managing your social media can be extremely time consuming. So we have come up with a simple ‘done for you’ solution so that you can concentrate on your business, while we concentrate on getting your message out to your existing and potential customers.
If you don’t have the time or expertise to set up and maintain your social media presence then we can manage the whole process for you. We work with you on the strategy, based on what you want to achieve, set up the accounts, create the required graphics for profile pictures and banners, post and engagement with your audience, manage interactions and provide you with monthly reports that measure the success of the work. Our social media strategies are tailor-made, as we know every business is different.
How We Work
Step One – ‘Getting to know you’
One of our Citizen Social Media Success Coaches will ‘Welcome you on- board’ with a 30-45 minute face to face or telephone chat.
Step Two – ‘Presenting the plan’
Following their research, your Success Coach will talk you through the plan, ensuring you understand what will be delivered by us and when and what further company information we might need from you.
Step Three – ‘Keeping you informed’
Your Success Coach starts your set up, keeping you regularly up to date on implementation.
Step Four – ‘Onward Success, Moving Forward’
Your Success Coach takes you through the completed plan and discusses the next month’s content and actions

Essentially, this is the part of the course where people who now know how to set up social media pages will find out how to make them work effectively.

In this final workshop will show you how to use social media more effectively by creating a variety of engaging content. During the session you will learn all about creating videos, pictures, podcasts, posts and blogs and how to drive traffic to them using a varety of methods as well as how to make them go viral.
